All the boys who took GCSE in German, Music, Latin and Manufacturing achieved A*-C and over 95% achieved A*-C in Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Art and Design, History, and sports studies.
Alastair Herron achieved the magnificent 7A* A2 announced on Thursday 21.8.2013. He is the only student to have achieved such a result in Northern Ireland. Alastair when interviewed on the Steven Nolan show said, "it was a lot of work, he had enjoyed his time at school and his success was about just getting on with it."
Congratulations to the sixth form on their excellent A level results, with a record number of A* at A2 and A grades at AS. We are delighted by the achievements of the boys and the teachers of RBAI.
On Tuesday 25th June three members of the sixth form travelled to the University of Sunderland to take part in the UK Final of the RSC Schools’ Analyst Competition. Having successfully won the NI heat of the competition two years in a row, the competitors, John Gilliland, Alastair Herron and Samuel Millar were looking forward to finding out what practicals and techniques would be required of them.
