U14 & U16 Badminton teams win Double at Irish Championships

At the annual All Ireland Badminton Championships, both RBAI teams triumphed to conclude an outstanding season.

The U14 team of Niall Armstrong, Callum Reid, Philip Moneypenny and Andrew O’Hare defeated Munster 4-2 and Leinster 4-2, finishing their season in style with a 6-0 win over Connacht to claim the Irish Minor Championship.

3 young adventurers – 2 Instonians from Belfast and one from Letterkenny set off on a 14,000 mile overland trip to Singapore - in an Austin Mini 7.
