Car parking is available in the school on the night of the dinner on a first come first served basis. A list of attendees in both alphabetical and year of leaving order is available at List of Gala Dinner attendees.

On Friday 30th April the black tie dinner in the Belfast City Hall will have a capacity limited to 420 people. As demand for places was high tickets were restricted to Staff and ex-Staff, Governors and ex-Governors, former pupils of RBAI and members of the Institution.

Applications were open from the 5^th January and by the end of that day we had received applications for 420 places.  The original capacity that the City Hall had agreed was 400 but as the number of applications was only 20 more we approached the City Hall and they have agreed that we could squeeze in 420.  Some tables may have to seat 11 instead of 10.

If you have received a ticket and are unable to make the dinner please contact the school office immediately as we have a numbered waiting list starting with applications received on 6th January. If we can re-allocate your ticket to the next person on the list, your subscription will be refunded.
