Four Year 13 boys recently attended the “Generation Innovation : Night of Ambition” held in St George’s Market. This event was organised by Connect and Catalyst Inc supported by Deloitte amongst others. The evening showcased some of the leading innovators in Northern Ireland and was hosted by Pete Snodden from Cool FM. The boys were challenged to have a vision and were encouraged by the wealth of businesses who are looking for people from Northern Ireland to take their business to the next level. There was also an opportunity to hear first-hand from those involved in the Deloitte Bright Start Programme – an opportunity for school-leavers to work in Deloitte alongside studying for their degree.
Deliotte highlighted the skills they are looking for in the workforce today.
